AXA Management Consulting has released the ranking of the best employers in the Republic of Moldova for the year 2019. Thus, POGRAIN ORGANIC was included in the top of the best employers in the category of small companies!
The study “The best companies to work for”, being held in the 11th edition, identifies the best employers in the country, companies that are dedicated to providing the best working environments by implementing progressive human resources practices.
The participating companies are evaluated through an anonymous questionnaire applied to middle level management personnel. In order to be designated as the TOP EMPLOYER, companies must obtain a high score, the calculation of the score being established by the study methodology.
The study “The best companies to work for” includes questions relevant to the following subject categories:
- Working conditions
- Salary and benefits
- Development opportunities and growth prospects
- Collaboration and character of relationships in the company
- Organizational structure and goals
This year, 49 companies from the IT, distribution and sales, production, financial, providing services and other sectors participated in the study. The format was kept in two tops, one for small companies and one for medium and large companies.
Top companies offer unique career development opportunities and benefits for their employees such as: meal vouchers, flexible work schedule, leadership and mentoring programs, English courses, local and abroad trainings, travel, online training, travel, private health insurance, compensation for sports tickets.
