Today, 11.03.2020, in the city of Taraclia, another regional meeting took place, with the generic “Fortified organic farming”.
During the meeting, the principles of organic farming were explained, the description of its advantages and good practices was presented, the project of implementing organic farming on a national scale by PROGRAIN ORGANIC L.L.C. and market trends in the European Union.
Such regional meetings are a fortified practice of the PROGRAIN ORGANIC team and aim to inform farmers throughout Moldova about the economic and environmental benefits of organic farming.
The meetings were conducted together with representatives of the Ministry of Agriculture, Regional Development and the Environment, with the support of People in Need Moldova, funded by the Agency within the Ministry of Economic Affairs and Environmental Policy of the Netherlands.
